Prepare people from different teams of Support Organization for performance on their roles within ASPIRE
Offer a “just right” amount of training to learners on demand in the flow of work (through Cornerstone)
Provide a clear understanding of agile principles under ASPIRE (alignment, consistency, holistic E2E thinking)
Introduce E2E SM roles and respective trainings in multiple formats recommended to the roles
Evaluate the adoption of taught material by learners on their job and modify the later if needed
